Role Overview

As a
Production Supervisor
in the Long-Acting Injectables (LAI) department, you will lead production shift activities in an aseptic environment. You'll ensure manufacturing processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with GMP standards while motivating your team to achieve performance targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise all key stages of the aseptic manufacturing process during assigned shifts
  • Ensure compliance with
    GMP
    ,
    quality
    ,
    safety
    , and
    housekeeping
    standards
  • Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet daily and long-term goals
  • Lead or support
    continuous improvement
    initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify and implement
    corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
    for production and HSE
  • Conduct training for new employees on machinery operation and GMP protocols
  • Review and contribute to
    Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
    and production documentation
  • Support
    investigations
    , event logging, and compliance-related activities
  • Provide training to team leaders and operators on aseptic behavior and equipment use
  • Participate in production meetings and support overall team planning and performance

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Chemical Engineering
    ,
    Chemistry
    ,
    Pharmacy
    , or related field
  • 3–5 years in a similar
    supervisory role
    within the
    pharmaceutical manufacturing
    industry
  • Proficiency in
    English
    ,
    MS Office
    , and
    ERP systems
  • Strong
    leadership
    ,
    communication
    , and
    team management
    skills
  • Solid understanding of
    aseptic operations
    ,
    sterile manufacturing
    ,
    vial filling
    , and
    prefilled syringe lines
  • Familiarity with
    EU GMP
    , event management, and
    investigation procedures
  • Excellent
    problem-solving
    and
    troubleshooting
    skills
  • Flexibility to work
    shifts and weekends
    as needed
