We're looking for an
Information Security & GRC Analyst
to join our client's growing cybersecurity team in Athens. If you have a couple of years of experience in compliance, governance, and ISO standards — and you're eager to move into
cybersecurity consulting
— this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain GRC and compliance initiatives (including ISO 27001, NIS 2 and other security standards).
  • Assist in conducting internal security audits, vendor assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor the implementation of compliance projects, track progress per client, and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • Contribute to data protection and classification projects, ensuring alignment with Greek legislation.
  • Provide support on DPO-related tasks, including GDPR compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Document, review, and update security policies, controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across business processes.
  • Participate in client-facing cybersecurity consulting assignments under guidance.

Requirements

  • ~2 years of professional experience in
    GRC, information security compliance
    , or related fields.
  • Practical knowledge of
    ISO standards
    and implementation (ISO 27001 and others).
  • Understanding of GRC and compliance methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection practices (experience in Greece a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to cybersecurity domains (network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of consulting environments or client-facing work.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Security+, or similar.
  • Interest in pursuing advanced security certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc.).
