About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounting Referent / Assistant to support our financial operations and help us scale our business across Europe.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor online reservation platforms and record related financial transactions.

Collect, organize, and record invoices from suppliers, partners, and clients.

Oversee and control payments, tax obligations, utility bills, and other ongoing financial activities.

Support the finance department with accurate reporting and documentation.

Collaborate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

Strong financial and accounting skills.

Proficiency in computers and accounting software.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

Relevant education in accounting, finance, or economics.

Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).

Working Terms

Location: Remote (Work From Home – Greece)

Working hours: 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday

Monthly compensation: €1,200 (invoice-based)
