Το στέλεχος έχει ως βασικό στόχο να διασφαλίζει την αποδοτική και ποιοτική λειτουργία των παραγωγικών διαδικασιών στα κέντρα ευθύνης του, δίνοντας έμφαση στην ομαλή λειτουργία των CNC μηχανημάτων, στη βελτιστοποίηση των παραγωγικών μεθόδων και στην επίτευξη των ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότη

  • Εποπτεία και συντονισμός της λειτουργίας των CNC μηχανημάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της δημιουργίας και ρύθμισης προγραμμάτων
  • CAM.Υπεύθυνος για το set up και την παραμετροποίηση των μηχανών CNC, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία τ
  • ους.Εκπαίδευση των χειριστών στα νέα προγράμματα και παροχή υποστήριξης για τη διατήρηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας χωρίς προβλήμ
  • ατα.Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των εργαλείων, αναλωσίμων και του απαραίτητου εξοπλισμού κατεργασιών, διασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα τ
  • ους.Έλεγχος ποιότητας των παραγόμενων τεμαχίων και ανάλυση των παραγωγικών αποτελεσμάτων, με σκοπό τη βελτίωση των διαδικασ
  • ιών.Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Έρευνας & Ανάπτυξης (R&D), Συντήρησης, Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας και άλλα τμήματα για την επίτευξη των εταιρικών στόχων.

Προφίλ:

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ, μηχανολόγος μηχανικός ή μηχανικός βιομηχανικού σχεδιασμού/ αυτοματι
  • σμών.Εμπειρία στη χρήση και προγραμματισμό CNC μηχανημάτων, με πρακτική εξοικείωση σε περιβάλλον παραγ
  • ωγής.Γνώση AutoCAD 2D. Εμπειρία σε AutoCAD 3D ή SolidWorks είναι ισχυρά επιθυ
  • μητή.Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και αγγλ
