Summary

Smart Silicon is seeking an enthusiastic Medior or Senior Digital Design Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in the design of RTL blocks, preferably with exposure to automotive circuits. The successful candidate will become part of our growing team of design & verification engineers providing services to a world-leading automotive electronics firm.

Responsibilities

  • Transform hardware requirements into RTL designs for controllers of mixed-signal circuits using SystemVerilog
  • Collaborate with the teams responsible for analog design, digital & AMS verification, and backend design
  • Design multi-clock and multi-power domain circuits that can meet automotive-grade design for testability requirements
  • Proactively collaborate and communicate with technical and project management regarding design & verification status, project progress, and issue resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation for the implemented design.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our growing team of junior/graduate engineers

Digital Design Technical Skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in the design of digital circuits using SystemVerilog.
  • Experience in multi-power domain and multi-clock domain designs
  • Exposure in automotive designs is a plus
  • Experience using Verification EDA tools (Xcelium, Vmanager, VCS, Modelsim, Eclipse DVE)

Workplace policy

The successful candidate shall work on-site or hybrid from one of our Smart Silicon locations (Thessaloniki or Marousi). Fully remote work from Greece or abroad is also possible and can be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
