Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Doukas School is looking for a
Maintenance Technician
to join our Technical Services team and help ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond to technical issues and maintenance requests during school operations.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and supervise third-party work.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Support school events with technical setup and assistance.
  • Participate in facility upgrades and renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical diploma (e.g., Electrician, Mechanical Technician).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an educational or institutional setting.
  • Valid professional license (where applicable).
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a professional attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • English language skills.
  • Certifications in safety or technical training.
