We are a general trade publishing house with a numerous catalogue of published titles of various categories for readers of all ages. We have also been a pioneer in the publication of e-books in Greece and also the first publisher to release enhanced and interactive children's books on iTunes.

PSICHOGIOS Publications was founded in 1979. In 1995 it became Incorporated and since 2007 its offices are housed in Metamorfossi, Athens. The company has a staff of seventy+ employees and countless freelance associates. In 2019, the company celebrated its 40th anniversary as well as the knowledge that it has steadily remained the Greek readers' #1 favorite publishing house according to research by Metron Analysis from 2011 to 2021.

Right now,
we are looking for a
Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team
, with a strong focus on
digital design and performance-driven creatives
for our online channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize digital assets for e-commerce (website banners, newsletters, social media, paid ads, product visuals, landing pages).
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce & marketing team on promotions, launches, loyalty activities.
  • Design with performance in mind – testing and adapting creatives for engagement and conversion.
  • Work on broader communication and marketing projects, from concept to production.

Your profile

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong portfolio of
    digital-first projects
    .
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    and how design impacts conversion.
  • Ability to adapt designs across platforms (web, email, social, ads, video).
  • Team player, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.
  • Fluent in Greek & English.
