We're looking for a
Fashion Designer
to join our creative team and
lead the MYT brand collections
. In this role, you'll take ownership of the brand's design direction — from concept and sketching to fabric selection, fittings, and final production. You'll collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, trend-driven collections that embody the MYT identity.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop womenswear collections for the
  MYT brand
• Create concepts, sketches, and detailed technical drawings
• Select fabrics, oversee samples and fittings
• Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and quality standards
• Work cross-functionally with production

What We're Looking For

• Degree in
  Fashion Design
  or related field (preferred)
• Experience in
  womenswear design
  , textiles, and embroidery
• Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work
  on-site in Metamorfosi
