As a Software Engineering Manageryou will:
- Lead and grow multiple engineering teams
- Design and develop large web-based applications
- Ensure the alignment between client requirements and engineering teams
- Set coding standards and methodologies according to technology trends, best practices and experience
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while managing risks and dependencies
- Provideleadership and guidance to software engineers, serving as a mentor and role model in their professional developmenτ
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- Solid engineering background and experience, including system design
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development is required
- Ability to strategically coach and influence multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability and experience in technical project management and software delivery
- Excellent communication skills (Greek and English)
- Experience working in Public Sector related projects would be advantageous
