We are looking for a dynamic
Front Office Manager
to lead our Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest service at every stage of the stay. This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines operational expertise with strong people management skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all guest-facing functions including reception, concierge, guest relations, and communication services. You will drive performance, train and empower your team, and ensure the Front Office is aligned with Marriott brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation across reception, guest relations, concierge.
  • Guarantee compliance with Marriott service standards and brand guidelines.
  • Resolve guest concerns and elevate guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and F&B to optimize guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and efficient use of property management systems (PMS).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office leadership within an upscale or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera experience is highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of guest service standards and hotel operations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Marriott standards is a strong advantage.
