We are looking for candidates who share our commitment to excellence and customer service, making every guest's stay memorable.Tasks

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from guests
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

• Proven experience as front desk receptionist in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and front desk operations
• English & Greek Language is a must.
