We are looking for a
Credit policy development analyst
, a high caliber profile to join the Credit Policy and Credit Risk Management unit. The unit is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven credit policies and algorithms that ensure profitability, sustainable growth, and regulatory compliance. This includes the development of restructuring products, solution assignment algorithms, and the legal enforcement decision-making mechanism.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve credit policies.
  • Create clear, visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit policies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, with proven experience in SQL and Excel/VBA.
  • Good Knowledge in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macros, pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferrable but not mandatory.
