We are looking for a
Credit policy development analyst
, a high caliber profile to join the Credit Policy and Credit Risk Management unit. The unit is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven credit policies and algorithms that ensure profitability, sustainable growth, and regulatory compliance. This includes the development of restructuring products, solution assignment algorithms, and the legal enforcement decision-making mechanism.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve credit policies.
- Create clear, visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit policies with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, with proven experience in SQL and Excel/VBA.
- Good Knowledge in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macros, pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferrable but not mandatory.
