Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

· Provide exceptional customer service, attending to guests' inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and special events.

· Support our Maitre in coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to service standards.

· Monitor the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience, proactively anticipating their needs and preferences.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and banquet team, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a F&B role, preferably within a 5* hotel.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

· Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of F&B operations, including service techniques, menu knowledge, and wine pairing.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

· Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
