Back Office Buying Department – Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily purchasing operations, including data entry, order processing and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information and contract details.

  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Import) to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare reports according to department's needs.

  • Assist in sourcing activities, market research and supplier evaluations.

  • Manage filing systems, digital archives and procurement databases.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and department's procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Good command of English (written & spoken).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Navision).

  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.

  • Previous experience in fashion industry.
