Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with technical architects, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure that all implementations follow best practices, align with the existing architecture, and support long-term system stability, performance, and scalability.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and extend functionality within D365 F&O using X++, following coding standards and development guidelines.Participate in system upgrades, solution enhancements, and feature refinements to meet business objectives.Work within the defined solution architecture to ensure consistency, performance, and maintainability.Produce comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with architects to ensure design clarity and feasibility.Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, introduce new tools, and enhance code quality.Plan and execute technical testing activities, validating the stability and effectiveness of implemented features.Assist in integration testing and offer technical support to ensure a smooth rollout of delivered solutions.Stay current with new technologies, updates, and best practices within the Dynamics ecosystem to continuously grow your expertise.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience developing in AX or D365 Finance & Operations using X++.Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, MorphX, SQL Reporting Services, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.Background in creating forms, reports, modules, and system integrations using AIF/DIXF.Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling principles.Interest or experience in Azure integration technologies will be considered advantageous.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Haves

Experience with automated deployments or DevOps tools related to D365.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.Understanding of performance optimization within D365 F&O environments.
