About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor complex lending portfolios, including performing and non-performing exposures.
  • Lead borrower negotiations and restructuring initiatives to optimize recoveries and portfolio value.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and performance reports for management and investors.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders (legal, real estate, finance, and asset management) to implement recovery strategies efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in distressed loan management within a financial institution, investment fund, or servicer.
  • Good grasp of the Greek enforcement and restructuring framework.
  • Proven track record of negotiation and execution in complex financial situations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial judgment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Office;
