Job Description
As a member of Nokia's IP Networks (IPN) customer documentation team, you will develop accurate, user-focused, topic-based information in a fast-paced environment to support a variety of customer-facing information deliverables. The customer documentation team is always innovating, so adaptability and dynamic learning are key qualities for success.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Work independently and in cross-functional teams to develop clearly structured information products with precise and user-focused procedures and essential reference information for the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of Nokia's Network Infrastructure solutions.
- Follow the defined IPN development process and best practices to create content and graphics for IPN products using state-of-the-art tools, such as XML authoring tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), and server-based production systems.
- In close collaboration with R&D, product line management (PLM), and other Nokia functional areas, gather the required source information. This includes researching and analyzing source materials; working with product prototypes, command line interfaces (CLIs) or Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs); and leading interviews and technical discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs).

- Assess customer and internal feedback to update and improve information products.
- Evaluate business requirements, customer needs, and best practices to validate and develop information designs that meet those needs.
- Actively contribute to evaluating and developing standards, processes, and information architectures, as required.
- Coordinate information development activities for individual projects in the team; support and train less-experienced team members; represent the team in project meetings.
- Continuously share and expand your own technical expertise for assigned products and proactively broaden abilities to leverage a state-of-the-art toolset to develop customer-facing information products
