Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a part-time (4 hours) Sales Office Administrator role in our retail office in Palaio Faliro. This person will provide confidential secretarial support to the Director and the Insurance Agents of the retail office. They will review and send the customers' application forms for the issuance of insurance policies to the insurance departments. They will also regularly monitor and settle the debit balances from the new contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Receive and keep a record of the application forms for insurance policies, verify the proper fill-in of the information, send the forms to the department, and monitor the procedure up to issuance of the new insurance policies
  • Manage incoming and outcoming mails
  • Manage and collect insurance premiums and transfers them to the company
  • Provide customer service, information and clarifications on the policy terms, prepare accident reports and print policies
  • Responsible for the organization and record-keeping

What You Bring

  • B.Sc. Degree in Administration or Finance
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Very well command of the Greek & English language
  • Excellent MS Office literacy. ECDL Certification will be considered an asset
  • Communication and cooperation skills, team spirit
