Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitor for Clinical Studies, located in Athens. The Monitor will be responsible for overseeing the progress of clinical trials, ensuring that they are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing site visits to ensure regulatory compliance, managing communication between site staff and the research team, and verifying that data collected is accurate and complete.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research and understanding of clinical trial processes
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a research team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or related field
  • Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
