Accurate Health Auditing & Consulting Single Member S.A., a member of the IQVIA Group and a leading provider of medical audit, TPA, and consulting services in the healthcare sector, operating in Greece and abroad, is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator for its Athens offices, in the context of collaboration with Private Hospitals and Insurance Companies.

This position is part of the Healthcare Audit Programs team.

Position Highlights

  • Monitor and review daily the KPIs and SLAs agreed upon with Insurance Companies
  • Monitor and report on weekly basis the outstanding tasks of the health audit units, with prompt flagging of outliers and risks
  • Ensure proper implementation of approved procedures and guidelines by collaborating departments
  • Identify and correct errors in administrative data entries within the company's system
  • Participate in the drafting and updating of administrative guidelines, incorporating instructions received from Insurance Companies
  • Collaborate with Medical Auditors and administrative staff to optimize data quality and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • University or Technological Educational Institute degree
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet usage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time management, and teamwork abilities
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Studies in Health Sciences or Healthcare Management
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, insurance market, or consulting services
