Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls and managing meeting room bookings
- Welcoming clients and guests
- Managing and organising correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier deliveries
- Formatting legal and other documents
- Assisting in document management, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records
- Handling calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assisting lawyers with administrative tasks as required
Reporting:
You will be reporting to our Office Manager
Qualifications
- You are proficient in written and spoken Greek and English.You have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position (university degree will be considered an asset)
- You have excellent computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have strong multitasking and organisational skills
