As a Technical Engineer you will be the part of a regional team of technical engineers and direct your efforts toward implementation of our Global strategy and modernization of our processes. Your team is working in order to provide our customers, designers and salesforce with technical support, and you will contribute to their excellent performance.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to the customers, designers, and salesforce
- Develop designs and drawings for the technical products requests
- Train the new team members
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes
- Collaborate with the other departments regarding technical topics
- Come with the best possible solutions in supporting different departments with technical issues encountered
- Respect identified deadlines for projects and assignments
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required
- Master's Degree will be considered as a plus
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of professional experience in design
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, contractors, and Hilti personnel through verbal and written response
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data driven approach
- Capable of functioning well in teams and able to analyze and solve technical problems
- Aptitude to read and understand blueprints, construction specifications, and documents
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Autocad
- Team player with a solution-focused mindset
