Dorian LPG, a publicly listed liquefied petroleum gas shipping company and a leading operator of modern very large gas carriers, is seeking to employ a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in human resources and a strong ability to support key HR functions.

Key functions include assisting the daily operations of the HR operations, developing and organizing training plans and training schedules, supporting the performance appraisal process, including documentation and follow-up, maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality providing general administrative support to the HR.

The candidate would have minimum 2 years previous experience in an HR support role, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and knowledge of HR processes and best practices in shipping.

Excellent English skills, along with advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are an absolute requirement.
