- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Customer support experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
