Sword Services Greece S.A. is seeking to recruit energetic individuals to join our IT team in Greece as a Mid/Senior Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in developing web applications. What you will do...

  • Identify and evaluate vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and network configurations while developing and implementing effective remediation plans.
  • Assess the effectiveness of vulnerability management program, analyses the results of assessments, writes reports and communicates the findings, while providing expert guidance on vulnerability mitigation and risk management.
  • Identify and exploits zero-day vulnerabilities and advanced attack vectors.
  • Involve in purple teaming efforts to help drive improvements in security posture or detections by gaining unauthorized access to systems, escalating privileges, and demonstrating the potential damage an attacker could cause.
  • Design and implement advanced penetration testing strategies (in on premise and cloud infrastructure). Upon seniority and expertise, it leads discussions with customers or internal teams to understand business context.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the target organization's defensive strategy, identifies gaps and weaknesses via red team exercises and simulated advanced threat scenarios for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Upon seniority and expertise, engages in advanced research and development related to penetration testing.
  • Contribute to the development of red teaming policies and procedures.

What is your experience...

  • BSc's degree in Cyber Security / Information Security or any other relevant field;
  • Must have certificates in cybersecurity and at least in one in Offensive Security;
  • Expertise in identifying zero-day vulnerabilities, emerging threats, advanced threat actors and attack techniques;
  • Experience in security assessments, including code reviews;
  • Proficiency in developing scripts and for vulnerability management tools;
  • Ability to design and implement complex vulnerability management and mitigation/remediation strategies;
  • Thought leadership in penetration testing, red-teaming and cybersecurity;
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards and regulations;
  • Strong ability to present findings in written and oral form, to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • In-depth understanding of cloud security and emerging technologies;
  • Proficient knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, OVH etc.);
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
