We accompany and support businesses across the entire spectrum of commercial and industrial activity, offering our customers integrated, methodical and documented technological guidance to improve their productivity and achieve their business goals through technology. As part of this growth, we are looking to staff the company by seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Senior IT System Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of IT infrastructure projects (on-prem and cloud).
  • Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure.
  • Administration and configuration of firewalls (FortiGate, WatchGuard or equivalent).
  • Troubleshooting on networks, servers and cloud applications at L3 level.
  • Implementing and monitoring security and compliance policies (MFA, DLP, Conditional Access).
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.
  • Working with the Commercial department and customers for analysis and technical documentation of projects.
  • Participate in technical planning of infrastructure upgrade and deployment strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience in networks, routing, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Excellent understanding of IT Security principles, network segmentation and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to time plan and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desired qualifications:

  • Microsoft or Fortinet/WatchGuard certifications.
  • Experience in Virtualization and Storage projects.
  • Previous experience in an MSP environment or multiple client environments.
