Lead Manager – Cosmetic Derma Medicine

Η Cosmetic Derma Medicine, ο μεγαλύτερος όμιλος ιατρικής αισθητικής και δερματολογίας στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά Lead Manager για το τμήμα Client Development & Management.

Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση όλων των εισερχόμενων leads από κάθε πηγή (τηλέφωνο, site, social media, community).

  • Επικοινωνία με υποψήφιους πελάτες, ενημέρωση για τις υπηρεσίες και κλείσιμο ραντεβού στην εκάστοτε κλινική.

  • Συνεχής συνεργασία με το τμήμα Marketing, το τμήμα Πωλήσεων και το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.

  • Ενημέρωση και σωστή χρήση του CRM με όλα τα δεδομένα πελατών και ραντεβού.

  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας κάθε lead από την πρώτη επαφή μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση της υπηρεσίας.

  • Εξαγωγή στατιστικών στοιχείων (conversion rates, pipeline progress) για καλύτερη εικόνα και βελτιστοποίηση πωλήσεων.

  • Διαχείριση επικοινωνίας μέσω live chat, emails και social media inboxes, με έγκαιρη απόκριση σε όλα τα αιτήματα.

  • Προτεραιοποίηση leads βάσει πιθανότητας μετατροπής (π.χ. Hot vs cold leads).

  • Καταγραφή feedback πελατών και μεταφορά του στις ομάδες marketing & πωλήσεων για βελτίωση στρατηγικής.

  • Παρακολούθηση ακυρώσεων/μη εμφάνισης (no-shows) και εφαρμογή ενεργειών για μείωση τους.

  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων με πληροφορίες ή υλικά για αύξηση του conversion.

  • Συμμετοχή σε εβδομαδιαία meetings για reporting και ευθυγράμμιση στρατηγικής.

  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης GDPR και πολιτικών προστασίας δεδομένων.

  • Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και ενημέρωση για τις υπηρεσίες της κλινικής, ώστε να παρέχεται ακριβής πληροφόρηση στους πελάτες.

  • Εντοπισμός ευκαιριών για cross-selling και upselling.

  • Διασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη σε κάθε στάδιο.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Lead Manager, Sales Support, Call Center Supervisor ή Customer Service).

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.

  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, multitasking και τήρησης deadlines.

  • Άνεση στη χρήση CRM συστημάτων και πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools).

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο της υγείας / αισθητικής ή σε κλάδους με έντονη εμπορική δραστηριότητα.

  • Κατανόηση του digital marketing funnel και των social media.

  • Δεξιότητες ανάλυσης δεδομένων και εμπειρία στην καθοδήγηση ομάδας.
