Responsabilità

  • Fornire supporto professionale e cordiale ai clienti di lingua italiana.

  • Gestire le richieste dei clienti tramite telefono, e-mail o chat con empatia ed efficienza.

  • Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e proporre soluzioni chiare ed efficaci.

  • Garantire uneccellente esperienza cliente in ogni interazione.

  • Rispettare le politiche e le procedure aziendali, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo del servizio.

Requisiti

  • Madrelingua o livello C2 in italiano (parlato e scritto).

  • Livello B2+ in inglese per la comunicazione interna.

  • Non è richiesta esperienza precedente formazione completa inclusa.

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e motivazione ad apprendere.

  • Disponibilità a trasferirsi in Grecia o già residente nel paese.

  • Autorizzazione al lavoro valida in Grecia o cittadinanza UE.
