Requirements

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our growing QA team at Atcom S.A., a dynamic software agency delivering custom digital solutions for a wide range of clients across industries. As a QA Tester, you will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze project requirements and technical documentation to design effective test plans and test cases
  • Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
  • Validate front-end and back-end functionality across multiple browsers and devices
  • Report bugs with clear documentation using tools like Jira, Trello, Bugherd, Azure
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to reproduce and resolve issues
  • Perform smoke and sanity tests after deployments
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards before release
  • Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
  • Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive testing
  • Experience using tools like Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and DevTools for UI inspection
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
  • Exposure to automation tools like Selenium (even if not core to your role)
  • Experience in client-facing projects or working in an agency environment
  • Understanding of accessibility and usability testing
