Introduction
We are looking for Swedish-speaking professionals to join an international customer service centre in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving tasks efficiently and supporting global customers. You will be part of a well-structured organisation with strong development pathways and a motivating work culture.
Requirements
Fluent Swedish and English
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work with digital platforms and multitask
Positive attitude and team spirit
Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
What Is the Job About
You will handle incoming inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on products or services and maintain accurate records. Your communication will take place through phone, chat, email and ticketing systems. You will follow established procedures, collaborate with team leaders and ensure each customer receives a high-quality experience.
