Ρόλος:

Υποστηρίζει τον προγραμματισμό και την παρακολούθηση των εργασιών κατασκευής σε έργα υποδομών που εκτελεί η εταιρεία.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολουθεί τις εργασίες κατασκευής των έργων αρμοδιότητάς του με σκοπό τη διασφάλιση της υλοποίησης των έργων σύμφωνα με τη μελέτη, τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς και το χρονοδιάγραμμα.
  • Συμμετέχει στον προγραμματισμό των έργων και σε συσκέψεις σχετικά με τη μελέτη και την πορεία εξέλιξης των έργων ώστε να τηρούνται οι συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις.
  • Συντάσσει προμετρήσεις, των απαιτουμένων προς ενσωμάτωση υλικών και σε συνεργασία με το αρμόδιο τμήμα της εταιρείας προβαίνει σε αξιολόγηση των προσφορών από τους κατάλληλους προμηθευτές. Επίσης συντάσσει τεύχη για τη διεξαγωγή διαγωνισμών επιλογής υπεργολάβων.
  • Προβαίνει σε όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την λήψη σχεδίων και την παρακολούθηση αδειοδοτήσεων από αρμόδιους φορείς (Ο.Κ.Ω., Δήμοι, Δασαρχεία κλπ).
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη σύνταξη και την επίβλεψη του Προγράμματος Ποιότητας Έργου (Π.Π.Ε.).
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη σύνταξη και επίβλεψη του Σχεδίου Ασφαλείας και Υγείας (Σ.Α.Υ.) και του Φακέλου Ασφαλείας και Υγείας (Φ.Α.Υ.).
  • Ελέγχει και σχολιάζει τις μελέτες και σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας επεξεργάζεται τις μεθοδολογίες κατασκευής.
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη σύνταξη των επιμετρήσεων – ΠΠΑΕ, Λογαριασμών, ΑΠΕ και λοιπά συμβατικά κείμενα.
  • Συντάσσει εκθέσεις προόδου των έργων κατασκευής (πρόοδος των εργασιών, μελλοντικές/τρέχουσες απαιτήσεις, αλληλογραφία) προκειμένου να διευκολύνεται η έγκαιρη και ακριβής ενημέρωση των εμπλεκόμενων φορέων.
  • Παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων με πελάτες ή/και Υπεργολάβους.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ ή ισότιμου Διεθνούς Πανεπιστημίου.
  • Άδεια Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5ετή εμπειρία σε Κατασκευή ή επίβλεψη Έργων Υποδομής σε αστικό περιβάλλον.
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ, εφαρμογών MS Office, Autocad.
  • Ικανότητα διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας, συνεργασίας και εργατικότητα.
