Role Description

We're looking for a passionate Influencer Talent Manager to join the Talent Management Team at Renfluence. You'll be responsible for managing a select portfolio of exclusive influencer talents—supporting their growth, handling commercial communication, and helping them deliver high-performing, on-brand content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound collaboration requests for exclusive influencer talents
  • Handle commercial negotiations in coordination with clients and creators
  • Create and communicate tailored creative briefs
  • Oversee content creation for quality and brand alignment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day influencer support
  • Build and maintain social media content calendars per talent
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports for clients
  • Develop & implement growth strategies for talents' profiles
  • Identify and communicate with potential new brand partners

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Account Management (agency or in-house)
  • Skills in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Coordination
  • Understanding of Marketing Strategies and Campaign Optimization
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Influencer Trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with AI-driven or technology-driven marketing platforms is a plus
