Την περίοδο αυτή αναζητούμε Customer Care Agent (Call Center) που θα στελεχώσει την ομάδα του Customer Care στη Νέα Ιωνία.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
  • Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και υποστήριξη των υφιστάμενων πελατών
  • Καταγραφή, επεξεργασία και διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών σε εσωτερικά συστήματα

Requirements

  • Άριστη γνώση του Microsoft Office και G-Suite (πχ. google sheets κτλ)
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Γνώση ERP συστημάτων θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ή/και σε εταιρεία στο χώρο του αυτοκινήτου (πχ. Leasing εταιρεία) θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματική συνέπεια και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
