TIMOTHY'S FAMILY, a leading Destination Management Company, is seeking an energetic and highly organized Travel Advisor to join our team and coordinate both domestic and international tours. If you're passionate about travel, experienced in the tourism industry, and excel creating unforgettable travel experiences, we'd love to hear from you
Location: Nea Makri, Attica, Grece
Working Model: Full time | On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate group and individual travel packages (domestic & international)
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, ferry operators, local agents, and suppliers
- Create, manage, and present customized travel itineraries and packages
- Handle reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation
- Provide client support before, during, and post-travel
- Manage unexpected issues and resolve travel-related problems
- Analyze travel program performance and optimize travel packages
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent command of Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage unforeseen circumstances
- Genuine passion for travel and client satisfaction
