Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on real estate transactions, conducting property evaluations, assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, negotiating deals on behalf of clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. Additional tasks may include offering training to clients or team members about real estate processes and trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and effective client relationship management
  • Skills in Negotiation, ensuring fair and beneficial outcomes for clients
  • Experience in providing Real Estate Training or mentoring is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Current real estate license and understanding of local market regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in real estate tools and software is a plus
