We are searching for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment for a market-leading global cloud services provider. This is a high-impact, target-driven role that serves as the crucial first step in the sales cycle.
The Opportunity: You will be directly responsible for fueling the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential SMB clients who can benefit from world-class cloud solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, sales qualification, and deep immersion into the business applications of cloud computing, preparing you for a future Account Executive role.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify high-potential SMB prospects within the Dutch-speaking market using a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM).
- Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume outbound calling, email, and social outreach campaigns to initiate conversations with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Business Owners).
- Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the prospect's current IT infrastructure, business challenges, and cloud adoption maturity.
- Hand-off: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and successfully hand them off to the senior Account Executive team for further development and closure.
- CRM Management: Maintain impeccable records of all outreach and qualification activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch is essential, coupled with strong professional English proficiency (B2/C1 minimum).
- Sales Drive: Demonstrable eagerness to pursue a career in B2B technology sales, with a resilience to handle rejection and consistently meet ambitious targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be articulate, persuasive, and able to convey the value of complex solutions clearly.
- Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of or strong interest in cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), and general IT infrastructure.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-starter, and motivated by measurable results and performance metrics.

- Leadgeneratie: Proactief onderzoek doen en MKB-prospects met een hoog potentieel binnen de Nederlandstalige markt identificeren met behulp van verschillende tools (bijv. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM).
- Outbound Engagement: Uitvoeren van grootschalige outbound bel-, e-mail- en sociale outreach-campagnes om gesprekken aan te gaan met belangrijke besluitvormers (C-level, IT-managers, bedrijfseigenaren).
- Kwalificatie: Grondige ontdekkingsgesprekken voeren om de huidige IT-infrastructuur, bedrijfsuitdagingen en de volwassenheid van de cloudadoptie van de prospect te begrijpen.
- Overdracht: Leads kwalificeren op basis van vooraf gedefinieerde criteria en deze succesvol overdragen aan het senior Account Executive-team voor verdere ontwikkeling en afsluiting.
- CRM-beheer: Onberispelijke registratie bijhouden van alle outreach- en kwalificatieactiviteiten in het CRM-systeem (bijv. Salesforce) om nauwkeurige rapportage van de pijplijn te garanderen.
