The Role in a Nutshell

The
Senior Product Designer
drives the vision and execution of high-impact design solutions. This position involves leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping the user experience strategy across products and services.

Your Day-to-Day

• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions
• Reach out to our users for usability testing based on their feedback
• Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient & user-friendly
• Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge
• Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and externally, and incorporate design feedback
• Produce, present and review high-resolution designs with internal team members and client personnel, and incorporate design feedback
• Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users
• Collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues as part of a cross-functional team, with a Product Owner, Developers and Product Managers

Your Key Strengths

• At least 5 years designing experience on Web and Mobile applications
• Professional experience with industry-standard design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Illustrator or other design-related tools
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
