Η [WTF] αναζητά έναν Senior Graphic Designer με ισχυρό creative vision και εμπειρία σε iGaming και digital content για YouTube, Social Media και marketing campaigns.

Ο Senior Designer θα έχει κεντρικό ρόλο στο creative direction, διασφαλίζοντας συνεπή branding, υψηλής ποιότητας visual content και καινοτομία σε κάθε project. Θα καθοδηγεί την ομάδα σχεδιασμού, mentoring junior designers, και θα συνεργάζεται στενά με editors, video producers και marketing για ολοκληρωμένα campaigns.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Creative Leadership: Καθορισμός αισθητικής και visual standards για όλα τα ψηφιακά projects, templates, motion graphics και branding guidelines.
  • Mentoring & Team Management: Καθοδήγηση, αξιολόγηση και mentoring της ομάδας designers και συνεργατών.
  • High-Impact Visuals: Δημιουργία προωθητικών υλικών υψηλού επιπέδου για iGaming campaigns, social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, animated overlays και banners.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Διασφάλιση ότι όλα τα visuals είναι optimized για κάθε πλατφόρμα (aspect ratio, resolution, color profile, specs).
  • Collaboration: Συνεργασία με marketing, video editors, motion designers, και creative directors για την εκτέλεση στρατηγικών campaigns.
  • Innovation & Trends: Παρακολούθηση trends στο iGaming, social media και digital design για προτάσεις νέων concepts και αναβάθμιση workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Διασφάλιση άριστης αισθητικής και τεχνικής ποιότητας σε όλα τα deliverables.
  • Project Oversight: Παρακολούθηση timelines, production schedules και παραγωγικού οργανογράμματος για συνέπεια και απόδοση.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε digital design, social media content και iGaming projects.
  • Άριστη γνώση Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, με εμπειρία σε motion graphics και animation.
  • Εμπειρία σε brand management και visual identity για digital campaigns.
  • Κατανόηση platform-specific specs, color profiles, resolution, aspect ratios και codecs.
  • Ικανότητα mentoring και καθοδήγησης ομάδων, δημιουργικής λήψης αποφάσεων και project leadership.
  • Δημιουργική σκέψη, αισθητική, attention to detail και προσανατολισμός σε υψηλής ποιότητας deliverables.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε iGaming campaigns ή gaming industry θεωρείται μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα.
