Czech Speaking Travel Agent

This role supports a leading international platform specializing in online accommodation and travel reservation services. Core Job Functions

As a Czech-Speaking Travel Consultant, your main responsibilities will encompass:

• Customer Interaction: Managing a large volume of communication (inbound and outbound) with customers through various channels (phone, email, and live chat) in both Czech and English.
• Trip Management: Providing quick, empathetic solutions to customer requests concerning new reservations, existing booking changes, cancellations, payment inquiries, and navigating the platform generally.
• Product Mastery: Quickly develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the client's system, travel policies, and operational procedures to deliver precise advice and information.
• Administrative Record-Keeping: Accurately logging all customer contacts, including feedback and resolution steps, into the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Service Quality: Consistently adhere to professional standards and maintain superior communication quality in every interaction, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues and supervisors to spot emerging service trends and contribute insights to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Essential Qualifications Language Proficiency (Required)

• Czech: Native or Highly Proficient (C2 level equivalent). Mandatory for clear, professional communication in all forms (written and verbal).
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (Minimum B2). Needed for required training, internal documentation, and team communications.

General Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work remotely from within Greece and maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in both mandated languages.
• Possess excellent listening skills, empathy, and organizational habits.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively in a rapid-paced, distributed work environment.
