What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to maintain and update commission policies and documentation
  • Manage and resolve commission disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI
  • Support the design and rollout of new commission models
  • Work within cloud-based environments and applications to develop and implement new commercial policy schemes
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI Tools such as Power BI is considered a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g. Google Cloud, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
