Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
ΙΤ Promotion Execution & Control Specialist
to join our Group IT. By joining this role, you'll be part of Group IT Promotion Execution & Control,responsible for managing promotion requests across production and other systems. It oversees the approval, monitoring, and execution of promotions in the Bank's environments, ensuring reliability and accurate implementation, while delivering modern technologies.

As an
ΙΤ Promotion Execution & Control Specialist
, your hands-on role will focus on coordinate and execute Software Deployments of the Bank's Central, Peripheral Information Systems and Cloud Environments (Azure, AWS/GCP), solving problems during deployment execution, while ensuring the seamless operations of Group IT services. You will lead new technology implementations to continuously improve our IT landscape, working closely with Group IT and local subsidiaries' teams to ensure service resilience and availability.

As a key contributor, you will help ensure IT Services Operational Excellence while driving innovation and optimization within our IT environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Install application software on Central and Peripheral Information Systems (including Azure Cloud Applications) and confirm correct software installation.
• Implement and manage the program execution flow in the MVS Control M - Job scheduling application.
• Implement file transfer flows and monitor their successful execution.
• Applying robust automations and simplifying procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient, secure, and high-performing banking platforms and infrastructure—hosted both in data centers and public clouds.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (Application Information Systems).
• Have a Degree AEI/TEI in Information Systems or related field.
• Have Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, Linux & Java applications related software deployment methods & tools.
• Have Proficient knowledge in Azure Cloud Application software deployment methods & tools.
• Have knowledge and expertise in IBM Mainframes (OS/390 & AS/400), especially for IBM OS/390 (Jcl , CM and CA Endevor) will be appreciated.
• Have excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English. Communicate fluently in English and build trust through a confident, reliable presence when working with teams and top management.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude.
