αναζητά άτομα για τη στελέχωση της παρακάτω θέσης:
Customer Care Agent
Περιγραφή Θέσης
•Διαχείριση μεγάλου όγκου εισερχόμενων κλήσεων/emails.
•Εντοπισμός και αξιολόγηση των αναγκών των πελατών για την επίτευξη ικανοποίησης.
•Παροχή ακριβών, έγκυρων και πλήρων πληροφοριών χρησιμοποιώντας τις σωστές μεθόδους/εργαλεία.
•Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών, παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων και εναλλακτικών εντός των χρονικών ορίων.
•Τήρηση διαδικασιών επικοινωνίας, οδηγιών και πολιτικών.
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
•Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
•Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
•Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
•Ευχέρεια στην χρήση ψηφιακών μέσων
•Ευελιξία σε βάρδιες
•Ικανότητες multitasking και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
