Job Title: Sales Representative CSAM (German + English)

Start Date: 7th July 2025

Location: Athens, Greece (On-Site | Hybrid option after 9 weeks based on performance)

About the Role:

Are you a motivated German-speaking sales professional ready to grow your career in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Were looking for Sales Representatives to join our clients team in Athens. Youll build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails in German and English

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and good level of English

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access

  • Flexibility to work on-site in Athens (hybrid option available after 9 weeks based on performance)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

  • 3 rotating shifts: 09:0017:00 / 10:0018:00 / 11:0019:00

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 1,760 gross x 14 payments per year

    (12 monthly salaries + Easter bonus + Summer and Christmas bonus)

    • Permanent contract

Relocation Support:

  • For candidates relocating from abroad:

    • 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

    • Up to 300 relocation support with first payment

    • Legal support for hiring documents (candidates need to gather documents)

  • Note: No flight ticket, airport pick-up, or transportation to hotel included.

  • Relocated employees must work on-site for at least 3 months (unless already living in Greece with a confirmed internet connection).
