We're now looking for
ambitious, well-connected Sales & Account Managers
who want to earn based on performance and help us grow the WE53 network.

The Opportunity

This is a
commission-based role
(no fixed salary), ideal for
part-time professionals, freelancers, or business developers
with strong HoReCa connections.

You'll represent WE53 across the Attica region, identify new venue partners, negotiate agreements, and manage long-term relationships.

Your effort directly determines your reward —
top performers typically earn €1,500+ per month
, with no upper limit.

What You'll Achieve

  • Identify and approach top HoReCa venues (Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars).
  • Pitch WE53's solution and close partnership agreements.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from first contact to signed contract.
  • Maintain strong relationships with venue owners and managers.
  • Track your results and grow your monthly income through success.

Who You Are

3–8+ years of B2B sales experience in
HoReCa or hospitality tech

Strong network within hotels, cafés, restaurants, or bars/nightlife venues

Confident negotiator and relationship builder

Self-driven, motivated by results, and comfortable working independently

Tech-savvy and fluent in
Greek & English

Holder of
driving license B
