About The Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused
Senior Sales Manager
to grow our presence in the European markets. This role is responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and positioning our solutions as the go-to choice for hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the customer base across the DACH/ European luxury travel agency sector
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and account management
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with hotel chains, independent properties, and hospitality partners
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to deliver measurable value
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and contract negotiations in German and English
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities across DACH

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential. Additional knowledge of foreign languages will be a plus
  • Proven sales or business development experience, specifically with luxury travel agency market
  • At least 3-5 years in a similar position working for a luxury hotel or chain
  • Solid understanding of the DACH and Luxury hospitality market and existing network preferred
  • Account management and strong organisation skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and attend events.
  • Experience with CRM tools
