SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking for Cook B/Μάγειρας Β

to join the Moxy Athens City Hotel.

Responsibilities

As a Cook B your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food as assigned.
  • Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables. Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, preparing food.
  • Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
  • Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Completing the appropriate safety training and certifications.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information/protecting company's asset.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a similar position.
  • Adequate knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality, passionate for excellence.
