Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you act as a true ambassador of the House. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to the store's commercial performance.

Sales & Customer Experience

- Warmly and professionally welcome every client with a tailored approach

- Identify customer needs and provide expert product advice

- Drive sales while respecting the brand's standards and values

- Ensure impeccable post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction

Clienteling & Customer Loyalty

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with each client

- Implement a proactive clienteling strategy (follow-ups, invitations, personalized messages)

- Utilize and update the CRM system to track preferences, purchase history, and key client milestones

- Provide ultra-personalized service to VIP and UHNW clients, before, during, and after the sale

- Actively grow and enrich the store's client portfolio through targeted initiatives

- Share updates on new arrivals, collections, and brand events with selected clients

Boutique Operations & Merchandising

- Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained, restocked, and visually aligned with brand guidelines

- Contribute to visual merchandising and implement seasonal guidelines

- Support inventory processes and accurate stock management

- Follow internal procedures for transactions, returns, and daily operations

Brand Representation

- Embody the values, heritage, and savoir-faire of the House

- Share your knowledge of products, materials, and craftsmanship with enthusiasm

- Represent the House during special events or luxury activations in Mykonos

Profile

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in luxury sales, ideally in ready-to-wear or leather goods

- Solid knowledge of luxury retail techniques and clienteling best practices

- Impeccable grooming, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail

- Able to work in a fast-paced, international, and demanding environment

- Fluent English required; additional languages (French, Greek, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong asset

- Dynamic, autonomous, team-oriented, and motivated by excellence in customer service
