As we open our pop-up in Mykonos, we are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving performance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pop-up store, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. You will be the key link between the team and Jacquemus HQ in France, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with the brand's vision, objectives, and operational guidelines.
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can motivate, engage, and elevate the team, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. Your ability to lead by example, embody the brand's energy, and cultivate a culture of excellence will be essential to delivering an unforgettable Jacquemus experience in Mykonos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership & Development
Train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Jacquemus' brand values.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure smooth team coordination and a positive work environment.
2. Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales and maximize store profitability.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement action plans to exceed targets.
Ensure operational efficiency, from stock management to visual merchandising.
Report on sales trends and customer insights to HQ.
3. Customer Experience & Clienteling
Deliver an elevated luxury retail experience in line with Jacquemus' brand identity.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling strategies, personalized service, and follow-ups.
4. Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
Guarantee visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetics are maintained.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and security protocols.
PROFILE & SKILLS
Experienced leader, with 3-5 years in luxury/premium retail management.
Client-focused, with strong clienteling expertise.
Sales-driven, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
Organized & adaptable.
Strong communicator, fluent in English (French is a plus).
