Customer Support Representative Dutch Market

Athens, Greece (on-site or remote options available)

Training:
2 weeks (fully paid)

Contract:
Full-time

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join an international team and help provide top-quality assistance to customers across the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear and accurate product and service information
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain updated customer records and follow escalation procedures
  • Achieve performance targets related to quality, satisfaction, and productivity

What Were Looking For:

  • Native or near-native level Dutch
  • Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts

What We Offer:
Base salary of
1200€ / 1500€
(depending on the project)
