Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join an international team and help provide top-quality assistance to customers across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear and accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain updated customer records and follow escalation procedures
- Achieve performance targets related to quality, satisfaction, and productivity
What Were Looking For:
- Native or near-native level Dutch
- Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
What We Offer:
Base salary of
1200€ / 1500€
(depending on the project)
- Performance bonus up to 300
- -Airport pick up
- 2 weeks of accommodation in hotel provided
- Rental agency fee paid by the company and support to find a permanent accommodation
- Remote or on-site flexibility
