Representative – Textile Wipers & Rags, Greek Market


Scope of the role

We are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced sales person with a successful track-record in commission based
sales operations, ideally related to the textile, wipers & rags industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and
maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify
    and pursue new business opportunities in the textile, wipers & rags
    industry on the Greek market.
  • Develop
    and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate
    leads through networking, cold calls, and visitations.

 Client Relationship Management:

  • Build
    and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide
    tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure
    regular follow-ups and address client concerns promptly.

 Sales Administration and Reporting:

  • Prepare
    and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain
    accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Generate
    periodic sales reports for review.

 Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work
    closely with the Company representatives in Greece and the headquarters in
    Bulgaria to ensure timely delivery.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commission-based
sales, experience within the textile, wipers & rags industry is a strong
advantage.

Education: Bachelor's degree or practical training
background in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
(preferred).

  • Strong
    understanding of market penetration planning and management.
  • Excellent
    negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability
    to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient
    in using MS Office Suite.
  • Results-driven
    with a focus on achieving sales targets.
